Itinerary
Day Trip to Chintpurni, Bagla Mukhi & Jwala Ji
Trains coming from Delhi reach Amb railway station at about 6:50 in the morning & 11 Am. As you reach Amb / Una railway station, our representative or Cab driver will receive you at the railway station. Later drive to Chintpurni temple by road which is about 55 kms from Una railway station and 22 Kms from Amb.
On reaching Chintpurni temple seek blessings from Mata Chintpurni Devi or Shri Chhinnamastika Devi. Chintpurni Devi is regarded as the Goddess who takes away all the worries of her devotees. Here, the Goddess is depicted without her head in a pindi (phallic) form. Devotees come to this Shaktipeeth with a perpetual faith that the Goddess would bless them and fulfill all their wishes. It is said that nobody goes empty handed from the shrine of Goddess Chintpurni or Chhinnamastika.
Later proceed for Bagla Mukhi Devi Darshan from Chintpurni and after darshan we will drive towards Jwala Ji.
Jwala Ji Shaktipeeth dedicated to Jwala Devi- the presiding deity in the form of flames. Due to this fact, the goddess is also referred as the 'Flaming Goddess'. This temple has nine ceaseless flames that are named as Mahakali, Annapurna, Chandi, Hinglaj, Vindhya Vasini, Mahalakshmi, Saraswati, Ambika and Anji Devi respectively.All these flames are seen to be erupting from the sides of a rock and they keep on burning constantly without any fuel. It is said that the tongue of Sati fell on this part.Seek the divine blessings from Jwala Mata Ji & spend some time visiting the nearby temples such as Gorakh Dibbi & Garbh Grih.
It is believed that offering coconut in the Jwala devi temple is very fruitful.
Late in the evening we will drive back to Una / Amb Railway Station from Jwala Ji shaktipeeth and drop you. We wish that Devi Mata Ji showers her blessing, fame over you.
